Mountain View Apartments (formerly William Booth Tower) is a 114 unit development targeted to low-income senior residents.  The $5.5M rehabilitation is "green" focused.  Such improvements include reconfiguring interior walls to allow for more natural light, energy star appliances and lighting, conversion of some appliances from electric to gas, and the installation of a green roof with vegetation.

Financing includes 9% LIHTC, conventional debt, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds, section 236 Interest Reduction Payments, and Maryland Energy Efficiency and Housing Affordability program funding.
