Profile: Jamie Cooke joined Hampstead in 2007. As a licensed California Real Estate agent she contributes to the Hampstead Companies her experience in managing day-to-day office operations as well as experience managing portfolios of income generating real estate investments.
Profile: Susie Martin has
been with Hampstead since 1995 serving in a variety
of roles including comptroller and real estate analyst.
Ms. Martin joined Hampstead after several years
as a Corporate Account Manager for a large East
Coast management group and, before that, as an accounting
supervisor for a national real estate syndicator.
Ms. Martin remains involved in the analysis of real
estate ventures, although her primary role is focused
on the corporate operations of the business, including
accounting, preparation of financial statements,
internal controls and procedures, and oversight
of annual property portfolio and corporate audits.
