Mountain View Apartments (formerly known as William Booth Tower) was completed at the end of 2012.  It consists of 114 units serving low-income seniors.  The $11.5M acquisition and rehabilitation effort successfully incorporated a creative redesign mixed with the incorporation of green and sustainable features resulting in an exciting and efficient living environment benefiting residents, investors and the community at large.

Concord Apartments is a 232-unit scattered site development located within Los Angeles, CA and serves families at or below 60% area median income. Completed in 2006, financing includes tax-exempt bonds, LIHTC, and 236 Interest Reduction Payments and facilitated a construction budget of over $5,250,000.

Poppleton Phase III is the continued restructuring of an existing cooperative.  The plan includes demolishing existing units that are uninhabitable and developing a new 30 unit modern building.

R Street Apartments is a historic 124 unit apartment property consisting of 5 buildings known as Wardman Row.  Built between 1911 and 1912 the scope consisted of a $7.8 million rehab including an update of all major systems, roofs, kitchens, flooring, and common areas as well as the addition of six new market rate units.

Financing includes tax-exempt bonds, 4% LIHTC, historic tax credits, DHCD subordinate financing, and Green Communities funding.
